Current Alpha Zeta chapter president, Bennett Skupp, recently attended the 156th Anniversary Theta Chi National Convention and 35th School of Fraternity Practices. The Convention was held this past July 4th weekend in Palm Springs, CA with over 400 undergraduates, alumni, and friends in attendance.
The Convention included lectures and educational sessions covering a variety of topics from leadership and chapter management to personal development. Bennett served as the chapter’s delegate during the legislative session of the Convention, participating in the election of the fraternity’s Grand Chapter.
Our chapter’s participation in this year’s National Convention will help us thrive this coming Fall. The chapter is looking forward to sending representatives to the next National Convention, to be held July 2014 in Minneapolis.
